Newhaven Harbour and the Red Right Hand
A gorgeous sunny day in Edinburgh, a morning wandering around Haymarket where I got off the train, and down to Leith and Newhaven.
Later I went to the Ballet Rambert’s version of Peaky Blinders, an unlikely pairing, at the Festival Theatre. Best bit was when they were all on stage doing a nifty number to Red Right Hand. Extraordinary performance by amputee dancer Musa Motha who I have just learnt lost his left leg when he had cancer as a ten year old.
