Early 1990's

We were young then.. the excitement of making a new home in the country led me to get some curtains made for our then playroom.. they have been magnificent.. and today they came down. this is the rosette made from the pelmet.. now we are nearly 30 years on and we have minimised the look to a pole and a pair of ready mades.. I am thrilled!  What a difference it makes to the room.. no longer wall to wall busyness and instead cool calm soft unruffledness.. I am SO excited!  Funny how one gets used to something and then just lives with it. Bite the bullet and change it is the motto I am living with for now!!
