Harry’s Choice

This doesn't look very appetizing, but it really didn't taste bad.  It's a left over pancake that had been frozen.  I needed a snack, so I popped it in the toaster, prepared some Vermont maple syrup by pouring it on a plate and placing it in a microwave oven for 30 seconds.

Normally, folks apply butter and syrup on their pancake once it is cooked.  Not Harry Bosch.  He places the pancake on the syrup.  I like Harry, and I like Harry's method.
