Edinburgh Castle...

A lovely breakfast at our hotel: Ten Hill Place, then we set straight off for our visit to Edinburgh Castle,  which was very interesting.

After lunch, we walked down to the Royal Botanic Gardens & then onto Dean Village.

We then caught a train to North Queensferry to view the Forth bridge's.

It was an extremely busy day, but it was very much worth all the effort.

We had a lovely meal at the Ivy before heading back to the hotel.
