The Finished Model

This is the result of my weekend of modelling with our son…he had his own little project to get on with … not a traditional kit like this, although he did start off with a kit of a tank, but it was destined to become a diorama of a wreck stuck in a watery ditch…so he spent ages breaking it apart and ‘sinking’ it earth and water!!

Lots of new techniques for me this weekend…using an airbrush for painting, and using ‘masks’ (masking tape and blu-tak) to help create the camouflaging.


Mrs madwill came over late morning to collect me and we all went out to lunch.

Back home now…I had a fab weekend away.
