The Museum At Portimao

It was raining when we woke up so we did what any good tourist does and looked for indoor activities today. We had noticed that the museum in Portimao had free entry on a Sunday so thought that would be a good option.

The Museum is housed in the old sardine canning factory and this was the main thrust of the exhibits (see my extra of the art work on a case of 1930s tinned sardines).

However my main blip is of the small art gallery in the museum. I loved this space. The rich colour of the wooden floor complimented the colours of the art works perfectly I thought.
