A really lazy start, Matt was out late at the rugby last night and I’m still recovering from my illness, so we both slept in until after 10.

Had a walk up to Tesco for a few bits but otherwise a very lazy day. Matt picked up some microwaveable bao buns from M&S so I made some sticky/crispy/spicy cauliflower to go in them. That’s right, I managed sticky and crispy. Don’t mind about blowing my own trumpet here because they were genuinely one of the best things I’ve ever cooked.
