Matt’s been sleeping on the sofa since I’ve been poorly. This morning he appeared with his pillow and sleeping bag and slumped on the end of the bed. We both then accidentally fell asleep for about 2 hours.

Another day spent in bed. I didn’t try to go for a walk like I have previous days. Matt went out for a birthday lunch with Paul and lots of people, then stayed at Paul’s all afternoon watching the rugby.
