War wounds

ZQ came home at 5.30am!!!! The rest of us got up around 6.30am.

Noo and GravyC headed to Edenbridge for a rugby tournament, and I headed to Golden Cross for a 20 mile run. When 20 mile runs took me a little more that 2.5 hours, they were much easier. But that was at least a decade ago. Now I am ancient and they involve taking in the scenery and other excuses.

I managed to get home before GravyC and Noo, and was surprised to see ZQ was up and eating breakfast.

I jumped in the bath to warm up.
