Sunday Funday

Maple syrup is flowing in Geauga County,  so there are lots of events with maple syrup in food this time of year. We missed an afternoon at Dee’s farm yesterday, so we went to an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast at Kenston High School sponsored by the Bainbridge Civic Club for scholarships. All 4 of us enjoyed it. 

Then a ride to Bremec’s to look over the pottery and stone. No plants are out yet, but the stone yard is huge, with some outrageously expensive “yard ornaments”.  Not for us, thank you. 

Appreciating how much our collective parents from humbler backgrounds  sacrificed for and cared about us.
