Running Up That Hill

We passed these runners on our training walk to Lyne Station this afternoon. They looked exhausted by the time they made it to the top. I was tired from our walk!
More tea and coffee duty at church this morning. Slept in, so all rather rushed. Home for a short rest and quick bite before the walk.
I was back at Carole’s for more food this evening and then she, I and Janet watched June Again on Prime. Excellent film..
