Pigeon Poo Prevention

Last night we went out for a 30th Dinner party @ Calistoga. They have a tiny "Wine Garden" at the back where (as they were laying out table) we got to drink more of the fabulous Californian wine.

This rather bizarre device was planted on the wall outside adorned with Pigeon Prevention spikes.
