Ravioli
My son Brett is a master at pasta making. We made 48 raviolis today stuffed with spinach and two kinds of grated cheese. Brett made an Italian sausage tomato sauce that was excellent. They were delicious. Much better than the ones I tried to make a few weeks ago.
Thankful for his cooking skills. I think he must have absorbed them from my Mom since he spent lots of time with her in her kitchen when he was younger. He even remembered that she put plastic wrap on the table to keep flour off while working the dough.
It is really fun to cook food together even though I am mostly the dishwasher!
