Norbury Hall Park: Squirrel with Avocado!?

I was surprised to see this squirrel running up a tree at the edge of the park with such a large lumpy object, and even more surprised when the camera helped me to confirm my suspicion that it had found an avocado in the tennis club.
Presumably it has to steal avocados so that they don't prevent it from getting a mortgage...
