Lemon yoghurt cake
Trying something different.. I had a half-tub of Greek yoghurt left that needed to be used. Pretty simple to do, just eggs, cornstarch, honey, and some lemon & blueberry for fruity flavour. I was a bit nervous when I saw the dark colour, but it was fine and the texture was just like a Quark cheesecake really.
I will add more honey next time, because Mr. guinea pig was moaning it needed to be sweeter. So ungrateful! ;-)
