Hydrate

I've woken up with a minging headache for two days now. 

New migraine cap arrived. 

I looked at it and my initial thought was that it would be too tight. 

I put it on and thought yep too tight. Then it was a case of ooooh hang on, omg that is amazing. It's like a hug for your head. 

When husband got home from the school run i got him to try it on and I saw the look of confusion and then then sag of relaxation once he had it on. 

I am kindly letting him try it tonight.
