Wheat grinding

I took the day off from cycling. Well mostly. Did lots of yard work. Treated to dog for fleas. Plowed through the laundry. Cooked up lots of healthy options for the next few days. And finally settled in for the evening to grind some wheat. Sometimes I wonder if this activity was done by the houses first homeowner.
