Ornamental Kale...

...dressed in raindrops.
Still wet and grey but the sun has managed to filter through a couple of times today. Mother had a hospital appointment mid morning and then we went out to Green Island (a satellite suburb of Dunedin) and met up with a friend for lunch. We all had Chicken and bacon pie with a side salad and relish. Very gourmet. Lunch out tomorrow too - meeting up with my niece - AC - whom we haven't seen in too long.
