Mountain man

 
Met my friend Nick, a regular runner, this afternoon.
 
He stopped for q quick chat before resuming his run up Dumyat. (One of the summits on The Ochil’s).
Nick does this twice a week in all weathers, a distance of around seven miles from his home in Bridge of Allan.
