Three-wheeling

This dapper gent, who looks as though he's straight out of a movie set, is Christopher Meccia III, an antique motorcycle aficionado.

He's leaning against his KG Farfadet, a three-wheel motorcycle from 1978, which he lovingly restored all on his own. The French flag on this side of the hood is to recognize that parts of this bike were built from an old deux chevaux car :)

I met Christopher at a British & European Vintage Motorcycle show today. The biker community is always an interesting one, but this subset was even more so: fewer tats, still some teeth missing here and there, and a boundless passion for nurturing some rather old and dear equipment.
