disappointment. One of our favourite places in Launceston is Swirlz. It has a huge selection of milkshake flavours and the best coffee milkshake in the world! It also happens to be the cheapest coffee hit in town with their milkshakes being about $3! Unfortunately it's only an estimated price because they were closed without explanation.
