Cold Exposure U Tube...

This is our Grandson Jake.  He really got into the practice of 'cold exposure' as a health benefit.  He explains his experience at the end of his 16 video which he uploaded to U Tube..


It is a fun watch as he goes through the 30 day experience out his backdoor where he lives in 'Trader's Cove' area of the valley.
