Tulip

I spent this morning WRAPing in readiness for the Trustee Meeting tomorrow.

After lunch we went over to the surgery where I had a follow-up appointment with my GP.  It was good news in so much as my heart seems to be beating, or limping, along with the help of the pacemaker and I'm managing to walk further before stopping for coffee to get my breath.

Talking of coffee, we visited Cafe Nero on the way home, I'm still receiving the £1 per cup per week offer from my phone company!

Back home I was looking for something to blip and I took a picture of a tulip bud prior to flowering.  I quite liked the light from the sun and the ICM effect the picture has.
