Decided to try going out today for a longer walk. Bus there - a walk - then bus back but the bus broke down so ended up walking home too so so knackered & bed early I think with a hot water bottle just for my feet!

Sunny, chilly wind along the shore with a few hail showers passing.

The path upriver above the Weir is temporarily closed for repair work & improving access & so hope the metal steps are changed as I didn't like them or felt safe on them.

I am just above the Weir in this Blip looking upriver. There was wood smoke drifting down river just above the surface, giving a mystical feel.
