My 1999 Orchid!

This very strong plant I call Hazel after a friend who lost her life on earth Battle at the age of 93yrs old. She was a stauch Christian, would do anything for anyone, always at the helm of the social committee, organising social events/ meals / raising funds for church & various charities even a bit of am dram comedy with the kitchen staff during Harvest Supper amusements. Hazel was twice married ( after loosing her 1st husband very suddenly) Fred her 2nd husband was older then her & needed care in latter years, which she gave superbly. After his death in 2018 she moved to be closer to her daughter into a lovely apartment in Surrey UK sadley she became ill & died in 2020.
So that's the story of Hazel a wonderful lady , thank you Hazel for all your care/help & friendship.
