Cheeky monkey!
His words! Caught red handed trying to lick his toast crumbs up! Hence by tenuous TT tag! I love that cheeky smile. He seemed better again today although did fall asleep while Dave was reading to him. After the dementia strategy group they had resumed reading so I had a quick walk in the sleety snow to the co-op to get him a nice treat for his lunch.
This afternoon we had the online mediation and I wrote a letter to our path-owning neighbour. I had messaged at the weekend with a link of Mr T on the radio and how much it would help us both if he gave the council permission to instal a permanent ramp. Now I have to lift the ramp from the gate to the kerb between the paths, and then the reverse. I'm not weak but this is heavy and unwieldily and the potential to seriously harm fingers. That's not great for me but worse if it's someone helping. Plus there is no lighting, it's slippery with moss, uneven in places and gets overgrown with plants from their garden. He said no again but still no explanation as to why. If we could only talk and see if there was a solution.
Other than that not much else to report.Hoping we do get some snow and it lasts until Jo is here tomorrow afternoon!
