16th century view!

Today I walked to Beeswing, with a scoot up Drumcoltran tower on the way. Drumcoltran dates from 1570 (yes I read the panel inside!) and was a farm tower house. I always have a wee walk up there whenever I'm about and have a lookout from the parapet.

Lunch at Loch Arthur and then the bus home, that's a great half-day out.
