Up Close

A bit too close perhaps! I've been playing with close up lenses on trail cameras. They don't screw on precisely as on a camera we might be more used to, instead they fix with a substance like blu-tack. I've attached the most powerful lens to this camera and mounted it where I thought might be correct, about four inches from the subject. It turns out it's a little far back and most of the shots are a bit blurry. The depth of field seems to be a couple of millimetres. In this shot that's just a little behind the robin's eye
