Waiting…

I’m not being funny but this jury duty is a shambles. I’m unsure as to why they’re expecting me to wait around every day just in case I’m required but it seems that’s exactly how it works. I don’t suppose they’re planning to pay me for my time. It’s a pain in the arse not being able to plan my week.

I filled my day and duly called again at 5pm only to be told to do the same tomorrow. On the plus side I can go to my class and a pal messaged me to say she has a spare ticket for Lizzo in Glasgow tomorrow night so I’m going to that! Hurrah!
