Grub Lunch

A day of warm sunshine, perfect for being out and about with fellow blippers freespiral, carolineL, sailorwoman and bat. We walked out to the beacon from Baltimore with stunning views across to Sherkin Island. The Cliffs were covered in wild flowers and birds. this Stonechat wanted to give this grub to her young but was waiting until we had moved on, not wanting to reveal the where abouts of her nest!
We had our lunch in the lovely Glebe gardens, then off to an old ruined village named Spain, located high on the cliff tops and there it was a Whale breaking the surface of the water not too far out, we were all in awe and were lucky enough to see it and hear it blowing several times, what a treat!
Off to catch the work day group and put in a bit off time to justify my supper!
