Beck was up early and away to ABBA Voyage and I was off work and left alone to my own devices. So, as well as doing parkrun I had to walk there and back - a virtuous start only partly undone by the sausage cob I stopped for on the way home - and in the afternoon I took myself off to the pictures ('Close', I enjoyed it a great deal.) A burger on the way home and a couple of hours in front of netflix with the dog on my knee - overall, I'd say I was pretty well-behaved...
