early this morning it started to sleet and it has not stopped yet…..later the fellowship group came which was a lovely time…

after a quick lunch i went to the lounge where there was soft target shooting……Jenny (see extra) first told her story and showed us the medals she won in the USA Warrior Games and the Australian Invictus Games. where she won a gold and bronze…….
after that we were invited to have a go…..oh my…i am so sold in this….i shot quite a few arrows and about 75% hit or touched yellow, which means ten!
Several of us would love have Jenny to come back and have a regular training….she is going to contact the activities manager to see if this is possible….

today is also my daughter’s 54th birthday….which we will celebrate on Sunday…..
