Mt Blackheath

This is a snap I took at Mt Blackheath just on sunset. The light was perfect and I like the way I captured both the landscape and a subject. The sunset and mountains in the background did bokeh too much and the afternoon that I took the shot was certainly a day I will never forget.

Standing near where the hangliders take off was certainly scary but both thrilling at the same time. Nobody was around and sitting there watching the sunset was so peaceful. Looking down there was just farmland and bush as far as you could see - nothing moving. I never want to forget how happy I felt that afternoon, surrounded by good people, good cameras and a good landscape - who could ask for more?
