Female Voices

A selection of books from my shelves to mark International Women’s Day. There is a bit of a theme certainly with the non-fiction and poetry that inhabits my bookshelves. And I got to spend time (virtually) with one of my very favourite women today. It was a high point in an otherwise fairly frustrating day covering for other folk around my own teaching. A cancellation on the calendar at the end of the day meant that I got a few things done when most people had gone home. And then a very enthusiastic greeting from Bailey when I got home. He is definitely recovered from last night’s ‘incident’.
