That's just the way it is
I lost both my parents last year - simply put,Dad died the day after Mum's funeral. Awful as it was,it was the kindest thing that could have happened. After sixty-seven years of marriage,neither wanted to go on without the other.
I've got two of those " name a rose for a loved one " kits,and I sowed the seeds on the anniversary of the day we scattered their ashes. As you can see,at the moment Mum is outdoing Dad. I expect that might change,since Dad was a rose lover and grew some beauties. I think he missed the best of them though,because he had no sense of smell.
