Hoy Bricks

Enthused by the beautiful shots of Hoy Hill snow scenes in the Iain at Creel gallery I decided to go out and take some snow scenes of my own.  This is more or less where the builder threw them 28 years ago.

In other news, the showman's model bus is on hold.  After some time checking the details in occurred to me that I was trying to model a Bristol L layout onto a Bristol J chassis.  Only a few millimetres difference in the wheel base just made a small difference, then I realised the ECW body was a rear entrance and my prototype was a front entrance. Durrhhh....

A new project is in the planning.  This time I'll look closer at the subject - both sides.     :-(
