Heather and Diane

Today it was time again to visit the hygienist followed by the dentist. I got the best report ever! So between the little inter-dental brushes that reach the tiny gaps that the toothbrush can't and regular brushing, I must be doing the right things!

On the right is Diane who had just completed a full service on my teeth, with her assistant Heather who is holding the tool that ensures you don't drown while the water treatment is flowing! When I explained that Blipfoto is being archived by the Scottish library and others and their image would be there for posterity they agreed to the picture. I think you could not find two cheerier individuals to brighten your day. And aren't they great examples of lovely smiles and well cared-for teeth!

This blip is a reminder of the important role hygienists play in keeping our teeth and gums in good condition by attacking the tartar before it does real damage. They also pick up on these little pockets of potential trouble if we are not reaching the vital crevices!
