Corned Beef

I can't remember the last time I ate corned beef but I'm working my way through Paul Hollywood's Pies and Puds book.  Mr P does like a pie. Today we have Corned Beef Plate Pie.  It had a nice crisp bottom but I'm not sure I'm rushing to have corned beef again. It reminded me too much of dog food,
