Quick Bake

Usually bake on a Thursday morning, but this morning our Yorkshire son face timed for a catch up before we were out of bed, while we were talking to him our younger son popped round for a coffee. So just made a quick Lemon Meringue pie, using ready made pastry flan and popping it all in the air fryer to toast the meringue topping.
I was out this afternoon, so at least Ray and his Thursday afternoon music friend had something to have with their cuppa!
