Wild Wednesday ...

... red sky at night.

This was the perfect ending to an otherwise busy day.  We were treated to a lovely sunset this evening.

I did have to run out this morning for a quick errand but other than that I was home.  It was a gorgeous sunny day and we were visited by lots of wildlife.  I've added an collage in the Extras of just some of our visitors.  The top picture is a Common Grackle ... one of my favorite birds to photograph especially in the sunlight.  The lower right is an American Robin and, of course, you know by now that the lower left photo is a chipmunk!  I was a bit surprised to see the chippy as it wasn't all that warm today despite the sunshine.  And it was very, very windy.  

I believe I've seen all the wonderful Mono Monday entries by now and will have the results up on tomorrow's blip ... probably blipped on Friday morning as I'm a tad bit behind.  Thanks for your patience!
