Smash an' Grab

Evie came home from school worrying about being kidnapped. Apparently someones brother was forced into the back of a van this weekend. After speaking to a few other parents who had also heard about this I emailed the school and soon had a call back. They didn't know anything about it but they think a conversation in PSHE got a little out of hand and someone exaggerated the truth!!

Trying to convince Evie that she doesn't need to worry about being "pinched" is a different matter!! (They'd soon give her back ;) )

Evie and May won a coconut each at the Infants last Friday so today we decided to crack them open. I remember my Grandad drilling holes and using a chisel to open our coconuts when we were little, all seems a little like hard work when you can just smash it open with a hammer!
