Muddy Waters - Mississippi Delta Blues

As he picks his guitar, a uneasiness befalls him. The shudder of intense nervousness overcomes the system as ice makes contact with unprepared skin. But upon clasp of the guitar, fingers mold into a formation that has been set many times before. The notes sing through the guitar and the voice carries his soul across the waves of darkness stripping away the shackles that held him down. Elevation takes over and nothing else matters. True spirit takes place, gripping with strain to carry upwards.
