View from the mat

The best thing about my exercise class is when all the jumping and hopping about stops, and we get to lie down on the floor. A bit of stretching is a small price to pay for being able to collapse.

It's a pity the view is not a bit more interesting - a sunny beach or some snowy mountains would be nice. But I'll gratefully settle for a couple of ventilation pipes and a grey sky.
