Food is my Happy Place !

This is so so true.  I love eating, cooking, reading, watching, talking, shopping... anything connected with food I'm in !  

Last night I made homemade pizza (see extra), I have spent several years trying to get the base "just right".  Last nights just about hit the nail I think.  

I love Friday afternoons as I sit down and plan my menus for the coming week... out come the cook books and an hour or so of browsing, cup of coffee in hand... Happy Out !!
