The snow started to settle yesterday evening and more fell overnight.

I decided to go out earlier than usual before the paths had too many footprints on them. Just 1½ miles (in total) part of the way up the track to High Sweden Bridge and back. Some of the best views are from this lower section.

I’ve added some extras. The first ones were taken on the way up before the sun shone and the others when I walked back. By mid afternoon (down in the valley) most of the snow had thawed and roads were dry.
