Shocked

So we have managed to avoid the dreaded covid until today. Felt so bad this morning and was planning to spend the afternoon looking after the grandson, so I did a test. Positive, as was hubby’s.
Daughter had to get his other grandmother to take him.
We have cancelled our trip next week as the guidance on line suggest stay at home if possible, and it was only a few days away.
Completely off food so made something tasty and a trifle for dinner, thought a bit of comfort food would do the trick, and it did. We took Hetty out for a walk and stayed away from others, at one point I had to tell my hairdresser to stay back as she was heading straight for us.
