Beautiful sunny day but really cold. Decided not to go out - probably should have done. Had the annual review with the FA. Shes a nice woman and likes a chat do it lasted about 90 minutes. Did some laundry and emails etc afterwards. I hand washed my favourite wood tunic and put in the washing machine in a 15 minute spin cycle. Realised after about 30 minutes that the cycle hadn’t finished- had mistakenly put in on a wash cycle. Stopped it straight away but think it has shrunk. Grr
