Morose

It wasn't until I had shaped and taken the gonk off the lathe that I saw the sad eyes. If I had known they were in there I would have made the hat lower, but I think it still works.

I liked the reflections on the wall and the TV screen and it was a toss up between which picture was getting the lead.

I prepared some small bits of 'scrap' Ebony for future use (noses, eyes and the like), made a mouse, a tiny Yew bowl, a box and a handful of said eyes.
I also fixed a leak under the sink .... again. If I ever come across the useless  moron who installed the ill fitting pile of spaghetti that is our waste system I may just do him some serious damage with a length of plastic tubing.
