Larmer 20 Mile

A 20 mile trail run at the Larmer Estate in Dorset. These runs are always tiring but this one was painful too. Some problems with my thigh which a post race manage helped a bit.

Great countryside, lovely volunteers but freezing. It was snowing at the start!
