Personal Best!

50th parkrun and a new personal best.   I beat last week's time by 10 seconds and my last PB by 7 seconds.

So a good day.

Phoebe has the cutest little paws and when she lies down she sometimes stretches her back paws out behind her - she's done it ever since she was a pup.   We are both having an early night and selecting our hike options for tomorrow morning
